When using any of The Services or activating additional features in your unified account, we collect:

• Identification: Full name, email address, phone number, position and business or brand name.
• Unified account: Access credentials, configuration preferences, device information, IP address and activity logs.
• Billing: Tax ID (RFC), legal name and tax address (only if you request fiscal receipts).
• Third-party data (Mesa/Feelback): If you use our tools to manage your own customers' data, the Controller will act as Data Processor, and you are solely responsible for obtaining consent from those third parties.

• Manage your unified account enabling interoperability between Crafted, Mesa and Feelback.

The Services operate under a shared infrastructure, so your profile data is shared internally between Crafted, Mesa and Feelback to facilitate module activation. Your data may be shared with:

• Technology providers: Hosting (AWS/Google Cloud), payment processors (Stripe) and analytics services, under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Authorities: Only when required by law.

We use cookies to remember your preferences, personalize the interface and analyze traffic. You may disable them in your browser settings, although this may affect certain platform features.
